Pakistan and New Zealand are set to face off in the fourth T20I of their five-match series today at the Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.
Pakistan Faces New Zealand in 4th T20I
Each team claimed one victory, with one match canceled due to rain. Pakistan won the second match but New Zealand played strongly in the third match to level the series 1-1.
New Zealand’s performance in the second match was disappointing as they lost by 7 wickets after scoring only 90 runs.
But, they made a strong comeback in the third match and won by 179 runs in just 18.2 overs. This success was largely due to Mark Chapman’s unbeaten 87 off 42 balls.
In T20 cricket, Pakistan have a strong record against New Zealand, winning 22 of the 41 matches between the two sides. New Zealand, on the other hand, have 18 wins, with one match ending in a ‘no result’.
