According to the foreign news agency, the former president of the United States, Donald Trump, was relieved by the court in the Jack Smith case. The US Court, issuing a decision in the Jack Smith case on January 6, 2021, said that former President Donald Trump has immunity for decisions made during the presidential term.

The court remarked that former presidents are protected from the execution of decisions within constitutional powers.
The U.S. Supreme Court has sent the case back to lower courts for a permanent ruling on the immunity clause, directing that the lower courts decide what actions of the former president are official and non-official.
On the other hand, after getting a big relief in the Jack Smith case, former US President Donald Trump welcomed the court decision and said that the decision of the Supreme Court was a victory for the American Constitution, law, and democracy.

It should be noted that Donald Trump will have an advantage in changing the results of the 2020 presidential election.
