Registrar Office Acts Swiftly: List of Cases -Islamabad: NAB prosecutors have assured to present all the records of the cases in the light of the Supreme Court’s decision in the accountability courts today while the registrar office of the accountability court has sent the list of NAB cases to the accountability court.
According to the sources, preparations are being made to send the cases back to the accountability courts after the NAB cases have been restored as a result of the decision of the Supreme Court in the NAB amendment case.
Sources say that the records of all NAB cases will be presented in the accountability court today and in this regard, the staff of accountability court no. 2 and 3 have been called back to duty. Pro-staff was posted in other courts.According to sources, new judges of Accountability Court No. 2 and 3 will also be appointed.
Currently, Judge Muhammad Bashir is hearing NAB cases in Accountability Court No. 1. and the NAB prosecutor informed the court that the records of the cases will be presented in a while, upon which Judge Muhammad Bashir said that today the records of the NAB cases are coming by the truckload.
On the other hand, the judge of the Accountability Court Islamabad Muhammad Bashir directed the NAB prosecutors to review the legal aspects of the NAB cases, on which the NAB prosecutors confirmed that the records of the cases reached the accountability court today.
NAB prosecutor Sohail Arif and Sardar Muzaffar appeared in the accountability court, they told the court that we are going to the NAB headquarters for some time, there is a meeting on cases, on this the judge said that the nature of the cases of private, public office holders and government employees is different.
