The Pakistani government has unveiled the details of the laptops provided through the 2023 Prime Minister (PM) Laptop Initiative.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has recently reintroduced the initiative for allocation of notebooks among deserving pupils and conveyed that in addition to the 100,000 notebooks sanctioned for the preceding fiscal year, he has also obtained approval for another 100,000 notebooks for the ongoing financial year.
The most recent announcement from the government disclosed that students will receive Lenovo Notebooks with cutting-edge specifications. The device features a Core i5 processor from the 11th/12th generation and is equipped with 8GB RAM, along with a 256GB SSD.

What is the eligibility criteria for PM laptop scheme?
Students must have a valid CNIC or B-Form number.
Students must be enrolled by December 31, 2022, and not before the duration under this table.
