Petroleum Prices are Likely to Decrease:
According to the sources, before the implementation of the budget, the price of petrol is expected to decrease by Rs 9.28 per liter while the price of high-speed diesel is expected to decrease by Rs 4 per liter.
Apart from this, the price of kerosene is expected to decrease by 2 rupees and the price of light diesel by 4 rupees by 10 paise.

OGRA will send the summary of petroleum products to the government on Friday. The decision to reduce the prices will be taken by the Prime Minister in consultation with the Ministry of Finance. The government will decide to keep in mind the revenue requirements.
