On Friday, the Supreme Court of Pakistan overturned the decision of the Election Tribunal on Friday and allowed Parvez Elahi to contest the general elections from the PP-32 constituency of Gujarat district.
Another reason for rejecting Elahi’s nomination papers was that he allegedly hid his stake in Lahore Modern Flour Mills (Pvt.) Limited.
