Gohar Ejaz, the Interim Commerce Minister, aims to elevate the country’s exports to $80 billion, marking a significant rise from the approximately $28 billion in exports recorded in the previous fiscal year (FY23). After assuming the role, the minister received an all-encompassing briefing regarding the pivotal functions and responsibilities entrusted to both the Commerce Division and Industries & Production.
