Islamabad: The International Monetary Fund (IMF) Executive Board has released its schedule until December 14.
IMF excludes Pakistan from a schedule
Sources indicate that Pakistan’s case is not on the agenda for the IMF Executive Board’s upcoming meetings.
Officials from the Ministry of Finance had suggested the possibility of a meeting on December 7 to discuss the next installment of 700 million dollars. The staff-level agreement between Pakistan and the IMF was finalized on November 15.

According to sources, the meeting of the IMF Executive Board is expected to take place 6 to 8 weeks after the agreement, likely during the last part of December when Christmas holidays begin.
