Sikhs worldwide are joyfully marking the 554th birthday of their spiritual leader, Baba Guru Nanak Dev Ji. The festivities for his birth anniversary are underway for the second day at Nankana Sahib.

As reported by Private channel, today marks the second day of the three-day celebrations honoring Baba Guru Nanak in Nankana Sahib. Numerous Sikh pilgrims, both from India and abroad, are actively participating in these observances, engaging in their religious customs.
A total of 3,000 Sikh pilgrims have crossed the Wagah border to join the three-day festivities commemorating the 554th birth anniversary of Baba Guru Nanak Devji in Pakistan.
Sikh pilgrims from India are heading to Sacha Sauda Farooqabad in special buses and with security.
They’ll join the Nagar Kirtan procession on November 27. The festivities kick off with the Akhandpat ritual on November 25 and wrap up with the Bhog ceremony on November 27.

Gurdwaras and nearby roads now have CCTV cameras, and walk-through gates and scanners are set up at the entrances of Gurdwaras.
According to DPO Saeed Aziz, more than 3,000 police folks are doing their job. The roads near Gurdwaras are surrounded by barbed wire, and they’re off-limits to everyone else.
