Waving National Flag With Political Party’s Flag
In anticipation of the upcoming Independence Day celebrations on August 14, the government has undertaken exceptional measures. A directive has been issued, placing a prohibition on the simultaneous display of the national flag and the flag of any political party.
Furthermore, an additional regulation has been enacted, preventing the placement of political party flags alongside national flags at points of sale within Islamabad.
In addition, the Islamabad police department has received instructions to curtail the sale of vuvuzelas, and officers have been mandated to conduct rigorous surveillance within their respective jurisdictions.
In an earlier instance this month, in response to the issue of noise pollution, a judicial magistrate took stringent action, urging relevant authorities to address the matter of vendors and users of toy horns, known as vuvuzelas, during the Independence Day festivities.

With the approach of Independence Day, the ubiquitous sight of vuvuzelas adorning stalls alongside other merchandise is commonplace across the nation.
Displaying unwavering attentiveness, Judicial Magistrate-X (Malir) Syed Anwar Ali Shah has directed the police force to enact resolute measures under Section 190(c) of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) against the utilization or trade of vuvuzelas, colloquially referred to as honking toy horns.
Additionally, the magistrate has specifically instructed the SHOs of Sachal and Sharafi Goth to take decisive actions against individuals involved in the sale and usage of such toys in accordance with the stipulations outlined in the Pakistan Penal Code.
