Specifically, the Middle East region will require 78,000 cabin crew members, 28,000 commercial pilots, and 22,000 commercial aircraft maintenance technicians by the year 2032. These figures underscore the substantial workforce demand in the Middle East, emphasizing the need for strategic planning and proactive recruitment efforts to address the industry’s evolving needs.

Africa and the Asia Pacific region are expected to follow suit and reach their recovery milestones in 2025.
