According to reports, the Flour Price in Quetta has surged by Rs15 per kg, reaching Rs150, which has further burdened the already struggling people grappling with inflation.
Flour Price of 20 KG Bag
Sources indicate that the cost of a 20 kg bag of flour has risen from Rs2,800 to over Rs3,000.
A member of the flour mills association reveals that wheat from Balochistan is being smuggled to other provinces, and stabilizing prices will remain challenging until this illegal activity is curbed.

Recently, data from the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS) was released, showing that Karachi’s citizens are purchasing the most expensive flour in the country, with a 20kg bag being sold at Rs 3,200.
Furthermore, the prices of flour have also witnessed an increase in other cities across the country, including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Hyderabad, Gujranwala, Khuzdar, and Bahawalpur.
