The petition stated that in April no electricity was generated from furnace oil and diesel, 22.96% from water, and 10.19% from local coal.
According to the request, 11.28% of electricity was generated from local gas, 24.97% of electricity from imported LNG, and 23.64% of electricity was generated from nuclear fuel. After the approval of Nepra, electricity is likely to cost Rs 3 49 paise per unit for April.
