Aid trucks start their entry into Gaza
As per international reports, relief trucks have commenced their journey into Gaza from the Rafah passage connecting Egypt and the Gaza Strip.
The US Embassy has conveyed that they possess details indicating that relief vehicles initiated their entry into Gaza through the Rafah Corridor at 10 am local time.
As per statements from the Hamas media office, 20 relief trucks containing medical supplies, healthcare equipment, and some provisions are scheduled to reach Gaza today.
Arab and Gulf press outlets have additionally verified the arrival of Rafah relief vehicles into Gaza.
Previously, the head of the Global Food Program urged entry to Gaza for humanitarian aid personnel, emphasizing that the ongoing conflict in Gaza is severely impacting civilians. The availability of food and water is diminishing daily. The deficit is rising, while medical supplies and other essentials are also running low.

“We possess loads of provisions ready to be supplied to approximately 500,000 individuals, yet we lack entry to Gaza. Therefore, the populace there necessitates assistance, and we must be permitted to dispense it regardless,” he said.
On the flip side, the agency representing Palestine within the United Nations reports that since the commencement of the conflict in Gaza, 17 of its personnel have tragically lost their lives. There is also a concern regarding a potential rise in these casualties.
It’s important to highlight that the count of Palestinians who have lost their lives in the ongoing Israeli offensive in Gaza has now surpassed 4100. Additionally, 1400 Israelis have also suffered casualties in attacks by Hamas.
