Massive Fire Engulfs Perfume Factory in UAE
On Monday afternoon, a colossal blaze broke out at a fragrance production facility in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. The inferno summoned the collective endeavors of Civil Defence units from four emirates to quell it.
Firefighters hailing from Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, and Sharjah Civil Defence Departments united with the Umm Al Quwain Civil Defence team for a well-coordinated mission.

Alarming video from the location revealed a significantly impaired area of the plant, necessitating the joint efforts of various fire brigades to gain command over the inferno. The process of cooling is said to be currently in progress.
Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, the Crown Prince of Umm Al Quwain, expressed admiration for the exceptional dedication of the civil defense personnel from the emirate.
They fearlessly tackled and successfully put out the fire at the factory situated in Umm Al Thaoub Industrial Area.
Moreover, the Umm Al Quwain Crown Prince conveyed gratitude for the rapid reaction of the Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, and Sharjah authorities, who swiftly coordinated efforts to contain the blaze and avert any harm to individuals.

While paying a visit to the impacted location, the Crown Prince communicated these statements while being accompanied by Sheikh Ahmed bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, the Deputy Chairman of the Umm Al Quwain Executive Council, Colonel Dr. Salem Hamad bin Hamdha, the Director of the Department of Civil Defence in Umm Al Quwain, and Colonel Khaled Al Shamsi, the Deputy Director General of the Ajman Civil Defence Department.
