Karachi Police Chief Khadim Hussain Rand said on the occasion of New Year that aerial firing is definite and charges of attempted murder and terrorism will be added to the cases registered against aerial firing.
The police brought those involved in hooliganism and air raids to justice.
Rind also called for making announcements through bazaars and mosques, conducting search operations to thwart aerial firing, and promoting positive police actions through social media to counter any negative effects.
