Virus Patients died in Rawalpindi
According to hospital sources, three patients were brought from Attock this month, out of which 2 died while the third Congo virus patient is undergoing treatment.
DMS Benazir Bhutto Hospital Dr. Junaid told Geo News that Congo is a deadly virus and there is only a 10% chance of survival. Congo virus is transmitted from animals to humans and from humans to humans.
Dr. Junaid said that bleeding gums, nose and stool and high fever are symptoms of Congo virus.
On the other hand, the district administration of Attock has banned the movement of cattle from Attock to other areas.
According to the notification issued by the administration, the inter-district and inter-provincial movement of cattle from Attock will be banned for 7 days.

According to the Deputy Commissioner, cattle markets will be closely monitored in view of Eid-ul-Azha.
Apart from this, the Punjab Health Department has decided to send a special team of 9-member doctors to Attock.
